Central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh boasts of natural heritage un-comparable to any other states in India. Holy River Narmada flows through the state and enriches the biodiversity of the state. Madhya Pradesh as a state is famous for forests and cultural traditions enriched in past many centuries especially spiritual richness. River Narmada is revered as one of the holiest rivers in India, a virgin river around which people go for parikrima or walk around the river to ask for boons or in for favour received by the holy river.
Kanha national park is one of the most famous forest reserve of India with Sal and Bamboo forests and grass lands – a perfect tiger country. Its peaceful environs are just outstanding to relax and revive under the shade of age old Sal and Mahua trees. A perfect place to just relax in the peaceful environment, do Yoga, Meditation, Jungle walks, cycling and like activities to lift your spirit and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.
Day 1: Kanha (L, D)
We welcome you in traditional style. After orientation about Kanha and wellness program we are ready to start the rejuvenation package. We will take a jungle walk in the forest adjoining the resort with a local tribal naturalist to enjoy its fresh air and peaceful setting.
Day 2 – 6: Kanha (B, L, D)
We get up early morning with the birds and do Yoga and Meditation in consultation with our guru. After a simple but replenishing breakfast we may take some rest. Day is free to read books, participate in activities or games, swimming and other healthy activities.
In the evening we sit and discuss on different aspects of life and do some self-meditation to improve ourselves. 15 minutes relaxing head massage is given to all participants in evening after coming back from Jungle walk / Village visit. After a sumptuous dinner we are off to sleep, to let our mind and body rejuvenate.
Day 7: Kanha (B)
Today we sum up our experience with other guests participating in the wellness program. We are ready to deal with the daily chorus of life, fully rejuvenated and revitalized.

Jungle safari: Kanha tiger reserve offers Jeep Safaris to spot tigers and other wild animals. Kanha’s flora and fauna is second to none and can keep a person enthralled for ever. Interested guests can visit core or buffer region of the park in open Gypsy to enjoy the natural heritage this beautiful tiger country has on offer.
Massage: Massage options from a local masseur with fresh oils and age old technique will remove toxins from your body and relieve you of joint pain and other ailments. 15 minutes relaxation Head Massage is included in the package.
Mandla Darshan: Visit to Ramnagar fort, temples and other historic places around Mandla with Aarti Darshan at Narmada River and back to resort for Dinner.
Tribal Dance: Dance to the tunes of age old music developed by tribal community. This simple music and dance will help you forget all mental and physical pains.
Pax: Maximum 20 pax on twin sharing basis.

· Expenses of personal nature like Tips, Laundry, Elephant Safari, Camera Fees, etc.
· Anything not specifically mentioned in above package / itinerary.
· Transportation to / from Resort.
Price Info & Validity:
· If there are any changes in tax, fuel or Safari charges by government department same has to be paid extra.
· Package is valid between 15th October 2017 – 30th June 2019.
· For Jungle Safari name, fathers name, age and address of guests with detail of id proof of all guests is required for pre booking. Safari is subject to availability and payable in advance.

08-14 Days 50% refund
07 days or less No refund
(Once safaris have been booked refund will be made after deducting safari charges over and above the given cancellation rates).
Note:
Extra person / Child policy: If age of child is 12 years or more extra person charges have to be paid. Extra person in any room will be charged 30% and child will be charged 20% of above package cost.
Maximum occupancy per room / cottage: 3 pax.
